A loving family who immigrated from Laos raised Konerack and Somsack Sinthasomphone in the US. Despite the fact that they both went through a lot of hardships as children due to less than ideal socioeconomic conditions, Somsack and Konerack had been conscientious young people who were eager to establish a name for themselves. It’s noteworthy that Somsack first encountered Jeffrey Dahmer in September 1988 at the age of barely 13. Jeffrey had just moved into his own apartment after leaving his grandmother’s home at the time.

When the authorities caught Jeffrey Dahmer and identified Konerack as one of his victims, Somsack had already left the horrific event and was still residing in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He had already returned to his family. The Milwaukee Police Department and the City of Milwaukee have been sued by the Estate of Sinthasomphone and Konerak’s family for allegedly violating their constitutional rights. Since then, Somsack has adopted concealment in his personal life and opted to go unnoticed.
